KLEM Academy is a tailor-made training program for high-potential graduate trainees, designed to support them throughout their PFE internship, turning them into future business and communication talents within the KLEM Group.

KLEM Academy Week – 5 days of intensive training, leveraging KLEM’s unique expertise, tools, and methodologies ;
In-house training led by business managers and KLEM Group experts ;
A 6-month mentoring program ;
Contribution to a multidisciplinary group project to be assessed by a panel of experts.
